Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some items may be available for pre-order, allowing customers to purchase products before they are ready to ship.

Pre-Order Processing

Pre-order items are not available for immediate shipment. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page or during checkout.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel a pre-order before it has shipped by contacting us at saguaroboutiqueusa@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests are subject to review. If a cancellation is approved, any refund legally due will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Delays

If a pre-order is delayed, we will communicate updated shipping information and provide customers with any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Returns

Once a pre-order has been delivered, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved standard returns are issued as store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.
