Shipping times

We ship orders 2-5 days from the day they are placed. Weekends can delay shipping times, so be patient with us! We will get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Order tracking

You will receive a separate email with your shipping & tracking information. You will be able to track your package after it ships via UPS, USPS or DHL websites.

If your order is shipping to Mexico you will receive a separate email with your tracking information as well. You will be able to track it via DHL or Estafeta Websites.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if there is something wrong with your order or any of the products you may contact us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



All exchanges must be postmarked within five (5) days of the delivery date. All  items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  •        Accessories Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
  •        Refund applies only when item is damaged.   
  •        Refund applies only when there is an error on our part with your order.
  •        For Clothing can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  •         Returns only if you haven't worn the clothes.
  •         No cash refund, we will give you store credit.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five  (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
